Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of bang-bet.ng, the independent review portal for the Bang-Bet sportsbook and casino in Nigeria. By accessing any page you accept the rules below. Where this site links to the operator, the operator's own T&Cs and the rulings of the NLRC and LSLB also apply.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this site, of sound mind, and physically located in a jurisdiction where online sports betting is permitted. Nigerian readers from Lagos, Abuja, Port Harcourt and the 36 states qualify provided they are adults. You must not be on a self-exclusion register, must not be acting on behalf of a minor, and must not use the site to commit fraud, money laundering or any offence under the Money Laundering (Prevention and Prohibition) Act 2022. We reserve the right to block access if eligibility is in doubt.

2. Account rules (at the operator)

bang-bet.ng does not host betting accounts. Accounts are opened directly with Bang-Bet through our affiliate link. One person may hold a single account, registered with verifiable Nigerian KYC documents (NIN slip, utility bill, BVN where requested). Sharing logins, multi-accounting and bonus-abuse rings are grounds for instant closure and forfeiture of balances at the operator. We strongly recommend two-factor authentication and a unique password.

3. Betting rules

The split table below explains the most important betting rules a Nigerian punter needs to know before placing a slip. They mirror the operator's published rulebook and reflect industry standard practice.

Palpable error	Bets accepted on clearly wrong odds (e.g. 50.00 on Man City to beat a Sunday-league side) can be voided and stake returned.
Live betting	Stakes accepted only while the market is open; the 1.2-second feed lag protects both sides.

4. Payment terms

Deposits and withdrawals run through the operator's cashier, not this site. Accepted methods include OPay, PalmPay, Paystack, Flutterwave, Moniepoint, Kuda, GTBank, Access Bank, Zenith, UBA, USSD strings such as *894#, and selected crypto rails (BTC, USDT TRC-20). Minimum deposit is ₦100. Minimum withdrawal is ₦1,000. The operator may request additional KYC before a first withdrawal — usually NIN plus a recent utility bill no older than three months. Failed withdrawals are refunded to the original method within 72 hours.

7. Prohibited conduct

Creating duplicate accounts to claim a welcome bonus more than once.
Using VPNs, residential proxies or location spoofers to disguise your country.
Match-fixing, syndicate betting or coordinated bonus farming.
Scraping odds from the site at high frequency for resale.
Posting defamatory content about the editorial team or the operator.
Funding an account with someone else's payment instrument.
Attempting to bypass deposit limits set under self-exclusion.

8. Dispute resolution

If something goes wrong, start with the operator's live chat at the in-app help centre. If the issue is unresolved after seven days, escalate to the NLRC complaints desk in Abuja or the Lagos State Lotteries Board for Lagos-resident customers. 9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. The NLRC and the Lagos State Lotteries Board are the primary regulators. Any dispute that cannot be settled amicably will be referred to the Lagos Multi-Door Courthouse for mediation before any litigation. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights under the Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Act 2018.
